This study was conducted to determine the performance level in the physical fitness test program among Police Personnel in the Bansalan station. The study was conducted using a Descriptive method of research by which the researchers personally administered the questionnaire to the selected PNP Personnel in Bansalan Police Station with the sample size of 20 respondents. It resulted from data gathered and the findings determined that the Performance level in the Physical Fitness Test Program among Police Personnel in Bansalan Police Station obtained moderate, among five indicators, the sit ups for male got the highest described as moderate. This means that the performance level in the physical fitness test program among Police Personnel in Bansalan Police station is moderately prioritized. The lowest is 100 sprints for male with a mean of 2.46 or low. This means that the Performance Level in the Physical Fitness Test Program among Police Personnel in Bansalan Station is less prioritized. Based on the findings and conclusion the researchers would recommend the performance level in the Physical Fitness Test Program among Police Personnel in Bansalan Police Station should be raised to a very high level by integrating in service drills and activities in their daily routine. The administrator must have a plan or program to improve their agility to respond immediately or directly in every crime that happens in the society. Because the majority of the result is moderate, that's why they need improvement or action to make it very high their performance in Physical fitness.
