This study determined the significant relationship between the performance of criminology professors and the level of satisfaction of criminology students in UM Bansalan College. It specifically aimed to determine the level of performance of criminology professors in terms of teaching strategy, time management, and classroom management and the level of students’ satisfaction. The researchers used a validated researcher-made questionnaire. Mean and Pearson r was used as statistical tools. It was revealed that the criminology professors showed a very high level of performance. Further, criminology professors gained a very high level of performance in terms of teaching strategy, time and classroom management. Further, the level of satisfaction of the criminology students was high. Also, data showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of performance of criminology professors and level of satisfaction of criminology students.
