The study used a descriptive survey method and relative frequency to analyze data. The result showed that the majority of the graduates are males and singles, and have not pursued higher academic degrees, thus remaining as BS Criminology graduates. However, majority of them passed the criminology licensure examination and are employed with regular/permanent status earning Php25,000 and above. Further, the majority took basic military training. Moreover, these graduates took at least 1-2 years before getting employed. Respondents reveal that they accepted their job because of family factors, and salaries and benefits. Majority of them get hired in their first job and have stayed for about 3-4 years already. Additionally, human relation skills, teamwork/skills collaboration, information technology, and open-mindedness are the top for competencies learned from college that are useful in their job. It is recommended that yearly updates of the employment status of the graduates should be made to determine their status. | en_US |
