This study was conducted to determine the customer preference on money remittance services in the Municipality of Bansalan. The researchers aimed to determine the level of customer’s preference in terms of services, location, service charge and security and protection system. This study was conducted using the purposive sampling under descriptive design. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents at Poblacion Dos, Bansalan and mainly from members of the population who are conveniently available to provide information needed with a sample size of 100 participants. In the first part, results of a short empirical survey, it determined that the level of preference of the customer is strongly agreed. This study then identifies the preferred money remittances of the customers. This shows that the M-Lhuillier got the highest frequency of 37 or rank first. On the basis of the results of this research, it can be concluded that most of the customers choose the best money remittance services that can highly satisfy them in terms of services, location, service charge and security and protection system.
