The primary purpose of the study is to determine the academic performance of full-time and working Criminology students in University of Mindanao. The participants of this study are selected 1st Year, 2nd Year, 3rd Year, and 4th Year students who are currently enrolled from S.Y 2017-2018 in the University of Mindanao wherein the overall total of respondents is 241 Criminology students. The data gathered were treated using Percentage, Mean, t-test were employed as statistical tools. The findings are as follows: the level of academic performance of Criminology students is very low wherein the working students got the higher General Weighted Average (GWA) than fulltime students and there is no significant difference in the academic performance of full-time and working Criminology students.
