This study entitled “Customer loyalty of Money Mall Rural Bank in Island Garden City of Samal” was conducted to determine and describe the loyalty of both males and females, also, in terms of the age of customer of Money Mall Rural Bank. Through this study, the researchers were able to analyze, evaluate, organize, and gather data thoroughly. This study was with the cooperation of one hundred eighty-five (185) females and two hundred sixteen (216) males respondents of Money Mall Rural Bank customers. The type of research design that was used in this study is a descriptive-comparative research design. It is a method design to compare the demographic profile of a variable. The descriptive method measures a variable as they exist naturally, and the goal is to describe the variable. The researchers adopted the questionnaire from the studies of Jonkoping University (May 2005) also, checked and validated by the panel of examiners of this study. Based on the data gathered, the researchers found out that the level of Customer loyalty of Money Mall Rural Bank in Island Garden City of Samal is high.
