This study aimed to determine the employment profile and concerns of BSAT graduates in UM Bansalan College and ascertain competencies acquired by these graduates from 2016-2018. Descriptive research design was used in this study which involved 30 BSAT graduates in the academic year 2016-2017 and 2017-2018. Using the graduate tracer survey questionnaire set by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and relative frequency as statistical tools, results revealed that the majority of the graduates are female and single. All of the respondents have not pursued a higher academic degree, thus remained as BS Accounting Technology graduates. Majority of the respondents are employed who immediately took a job after they graduated. Moreover, they are into professional, technical, and supervisory positions who are working locally or within the country. These graduates choose to stay in the country despite the low salary and prefer to serve their family, friends, loved ones, and countrymen. In addition, the majority of the respondents’ current job is their first job after graduation. Reason for changing their job was salary and benefits. Human relation skills topped from the list of competencies acquired by them which is considered very useful in their job, while the least academic competencies of the BS Accounting Technology graduates from college are the entrepreneurial skills and problem solving skills. These skills should be, therefore, the primary focus of the school administration and teachers in their undergraduate training since these skills are deemed necessary in their field. Further, yearly updates of the employment status of the graduates should be done to determine the graduate status.en_US
