The purpose of this study was to evaluate the pangkabuhayan painting
skills training program of the College of Architecture and Fine Arts.
Descriptive method was used in investigating the research problem.
Purposive sampling was an appropriate strategy in determining the level of
satisfaction on the implementation of painting skills training among out-of school youths and unemployed adults. The respondents of the study were the
50 participants of the training who were the out-of-school youths and
unemployed adults of Barangay Matina Aplaya and GK Catigan. Using Likert type analysis, it was found out that the extent of implementation of painting
skills training given to the out-of-school youths and unemployed adults was
described as extensive or the level of implementation means that the
participants learned more from the training program; and the level of
satisfaction on the implementation of painting skills training among out-of-school youths and unemployed adults was satisfactorily appreciated the
training program. The findings suggest that an enhancement measures was
designed to further increase the level of satisfaction on the implementation of
painting skills training among out-of-school youths and unemployed adults.
