Change process management of school heads : basis for a training program for school administrators
Abstract
The main focus of the study was to determine the level of change process management of school heads. It utilized a descriptive method involving 136 teachers as the respondents. Using the t-test, it was found out that there was a significant difference on the change process management of school heads in terms of gender. It was also found out that there was no significant on the change process management of school heads when analyzed in terms of length of service. It is recommended that Department of Education officials may develop plans and conduct trainings that will enhance the change process management of school heads. School heads may undertake programs in enhancing their skills in change process management, so as to make meaningful and valuable cause to change. Furthermore, it is also recommended to implement the proposed training program for school administrators.
