The study aimed to to determine the implementation of traffic violation apprehensions: traffic enforcers in focus at Digos City. It employed a qualitative phenomenological research design with questionnaire. This was participated by the five identified traffic enforcers in Digos City. Findings revealed that when it comes to the experiences of traffic enforcers, most of the respondents experienced being disregard, begged for mercy and be angered by traffic violator. Moreover, when it comes to the instances that may lead traffic enforcers to apprehend violators, one need not to interpret the law since it is the duty of the judge. Further, when it comes to the aspirations of traffic enforcers in doing their jobs, they believed that their experiences had contributed to the factor in giving better services to the people particularly the community and that their family has always keep them motivated and inspired.
