This study intends to determine the factors related to intensification number of vehicular accidents in Digos City, our research tend to find out what contribute to the increasing numbers of road accidents in the past 5 years. The researchers use secondary data from PNP Station in Digos City to evaluate the highest factors that contribute to vehicle accidents in the city. In interpreting the dale, we use time series for us to determine the trend of vehicle accident in the next three years. To identify the factor of accidents, we use a me contributing factors of vehicle accident which is the Human Error, Vehicle Related and Road Defect. The result and analysis of our data stipulated that the Human Error got the highest caused of vehicular accidents and followed by Vehicle-Related accidents and the lowest caused of accidents is the Road Defect. Lastly, analysis resulted that for the next three years Human Error is on the trend in contributing vehicle accidents. Furthermore, the researchers are exerting efforts for this study to finish in order to help the society not only in Digos City but too those who would read our research to be more conscious in driving and helping them to create idea on how to minimize the factors of accidents. And lastly, it also aims to give nightmare to the person in authority in vehicle accidents that they must act with no bias in implementing rules of the state that the stipulations of the result of this study would give them a wakeup call that they must do their job with an outstanding rate.
