This study is intended to investigate what are the causes and bullying behavior of the students. It must be prevented or it should be decreased since it may lead to violence and can have negative impact on the health of the student. This study used the descriptive correlation method to determine the relationship between the two variables which is the level of causes of bullying and level of bullying behavior of Grade 11 students. The findings of the study about the causes of bullying in terms of powerful, aggression, revenge seeking, jealousy and physical weakness, garnered an overall mean score of 2.47 which is lowly experienced. Bullying behavior in terms of bully, assistant, victim, defender and outsider has a total mean score of 2.67 which is moderately experienced. It was reflected that there is a strong to very strong positive correlation of the causes of bullying and bullying behavior with a p-value of 0.05 at 0.05 level of significance. Administrations and Staff of UM Digos College should create and strengthen the anti-bullying orientation or campaign, to prevent or eradicate the grievances on incident of school bullying.
