This study was conducted to determine the level of satisfaction to school services among Criminology students of UM Digos College S.Y 2018- 2019. The study used a descriptive method of the research by which researchers administered questions to random first year to fourth year students, from Criminology course with a sample size of 126. The study used a survey questionnaire as a toll in gathering data. Part 1 of the question is about the rate Staff services which composed of 5 questions. Part 2 is the rate of Facilities services which composed of 3 questions and lastly, Part 3 is the rate of Competence and Efficiency of services which composed of 3 questions as well. The item enumerated in the questionnaire was validated by the experts, for the purpose of validity and reliability of the content. Based on the foregoing findings and conclusion, the level of satisfaction to school services has the mean of 3.81 which means very high when it comes to staff, facilities, competence and efficiency of services. It suggested that the criminology students were highly satisfied with the institution for the quality services they rendered to the students. Therefore, the null hypothesis is accepted which means that there is no significant relationship in the school services when analyzed by year level among criminology students.
