This study, "Financial Influence and Money management skills of working Gen Z
students in the Island Garden City of Samal," was conducted to determine the
significant relationship between financial influence and money management skills.
The study is realized with the cooperation of the two hundred working Gen Z
students randomly selected and visibly present on the Island Garden City of
Samal. The study is a quantitative descriptive correlational research design. The
statistical tools used in the study were mean and Pearson r. It is a method
created to determine whether two or more variables are connected. The objective
of the descriptive approach, which measures variables in their natural state, is to
describe them. Based on the data gathered, the researchers found that financial
influence generated a high mean score, and money management skills
developed with a high mean score. It also found a significant relationship
between the financial influence and money management skills of working Gen Z
students in the Island Garden City of Samal.
