Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction of Virtu Trattoria in the Island Garden City of Samal

The study tried to determine the significant relationship of Product
Quality and Customer Satisfaction of Virtu Trattoria in the Island Garden City
of Samal among 200 customers. The type of research design that was
employed in this study is Descriptive correlational design. It is used in
research studies that aim to provide static pictures of situations as well as
establish the relationship between different variables. In analyzing the data,
weighted mean and person product moment correlation were used. Based on
the data gathered, the researchers found out that the level of product quality
is high and customer satisfaction of Virtu Trattoria is very high. They also
found out that there is a significant relationship between product quality and
customer satisfaction. Thus, the customer satisfaction of the said food
establishment highly depends upon the level of product quality.
